WASHINGTON (June 6, 2024) — Joe Ventrone, former Vice President of Federal Policy and Industry Relations at the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), was awarded the Carl A.S. Coan, Sr., Lifetime Achievement Award for Public Service at the National Housing Conference’s Housing Visionary Awards Gala on June 5. This prestigious event recognizes individuals who are making substantial contributions to addressing the critical shortage of affordable housing in the nation.
The event saw the presence of NAR President Kevin Sears, Chief Advocacy Officer Shannon McGahn, and numerous other colleagues and friends who came to support Mr. Ventrone.

In his acceptance speech, Mr. Ventrone highlighted his dedication to fostering bipartisan cooperation, emphasizing the importance of transparency and collaboration in achieving common goals. “Connecting the dots through cooperation and bringing people together is what NHC stands for, and I am proud to contribute to this legacy,” he said.
